At The Hills Dance Factory, we believe every child should have the chance to experience the joy of dance — without families worrying about unpredictable costs. That’s why our fees are designed to be simple, affordable, and family-friendly.

Monthly payments spread evenly across the year make budgeting easy.
Multi-class discounts mean the more you dance, the more you save.
Family savings help parents with multiple children keep costs down.
And best of all, if three children from your family are enrolled, your third child dances for free.

Monthly pricing plans.

We’re committed to keeping dance both high-quality and affordable for families across the Hills District. With flexible monthly billing, generous multi-class discounts, and family savings, you’ll always know exactly what to expect.

Think of it like school fees, not a gym membership.

When you pay school fees, you don't pay less in a short term and more in a long one, you pay the same amount each time because it covers the full year of education. HDF works the same way.

Your child's tuition is calculated across 40 teaching weeks for the year. That full amount is then divided into 11 equal monthly payments from February to December. So instead of a large bill at the start of each term, you pay a smaller, predictable amount every month.

This means some months feel like great value (busy months with five weeks of classes) and some months feel lighter (hello, April school holidays) but the total amount you pay across the year is exactly the same either way. The monthly payment doesn't change because it was never based on that particular month's classes. It's simply your share of the annual tuition, made easier to manage.

What to expect.

Monthly Dance Fees.

With over 60 classes per week, you have the flexibility to choose how many classes to attend, giving you full control over your dance costs.

Students can attend anywhere from 1 class per week to over 10 classes per week. Generous discounts apply for multiple classes—the more classes you take, the larger the discount per class.
Fees are based on a 4-term NSW school year and divided into 11 equal monthly payments (February–December) to spread costs evenly across the year.
Monthly billing remains consistent, even during months with school holidays or shorter months like December.

A non-refundable enrolment fee is charged with the first month’s dance fees each year:

$15.00 per student
$25.00 per family

This fee covers administration costs and intellectual property (copyright) fees for music.

Concert Performers Pack.

Every performer in our Annual End of Year Concert recieves a Concert Performers Pack (normally billed in November / December):

$80.00 per student (includes chaperone fees, a concert T-Shirt (which doubles as the finale costume & a HD digital video of the show)
Sibling Discount: Additional performers in the same family receive a $30 discount on their Concert Performers Pack.

Concert Performers Pack.

Every performer in our Annual End of Year Concert recieves a Concert Performers Pack (normally billed in November / December):

Troupe students are required to purchase costumes as they are used multiple times throughout the year for Eisteddfods, performances, and the Annual Concert.
Cost: $80.00 – $150.00 per costume on average.
Troupe costumes are yours to keep.
